The program uses a blended learning approach: participants engage in distance learning sessions, residential training, job placements, discussions, group work and reflective study.

The program’s blended format and diverse pool of expert facilitators coupled with its complimentary mentoring component make it a truly 360˚ learning experience.

The program has started in the South East and East Asia in 2016, and has been expanded to three regions: the Asia Pacific, the Middle East and Eastern Europe, and Eastern and Southern Africa.

In the Asia Pacific region, three cycles of the program have been conducted since 2016, and we have so far 52 graduates from 19 countries across Asia and the Pacific Islands.

Read previous cycle reports and hear about our participants’ and their line manager’s experiences to learn more about what this training could offer you. You can find reports and case stories in the Related Reading section below.
